This is the privacy policy of Viomba Oy, business ID FI26138008, Kaikukatu 2C, 00530 Helsinki, Finland (Viomba) for its AdTention-service which is operated at adtention.viomba.com, adtention.se.viomba.com and adtention.dk.viomba.com (later Service).

What information we collect

We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our Services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.

We collect your email address and the relation to the business account(s) that you are associated with. Also, for the purposes of authentication, we keep a one-way hash of your password, which we can use to ensure your identity.

We save all the information that you provide to us when using our services. This means your ad creatives and online campaigning data concerning your ads. Such data is limited to spend and impression data that we collect from the third party systems on which you have an account, and you have authorised us to retrieve the data from.

Further, we maintain the results describing your creatives and/or campaigns that we have produced to you as a service.

We do use cookies for mainining your browser sessions.

Third party information sources

Service enables you to connect your business account to various third party sources providing online advertising services to you (later "Sources"), such as

Sources are connected to your business account only on your request, and done using commonly available oAuth2-protocol or other means required by Source. In all cases, Sources will require you to give them your explicit consent to enable our systems to access your data programmatically via Source issued APIs.

Once connected, we retrive the listing of your advertising accounts, campaigns, ads and creatives from Source. The exact names of the elements retrieved from Source varies by Source. You will be then able to choose any particular advertising campaign with the AI-predicted or empirically measured seen/not seen ratio-estimations on the ads that we have generated for you. We will retrive the campaigning data of only the chosen campaigns to our systems.

The retrieved data varies from Source to Source. The granularity of the retrieved data is always per creative or ad / per day.

When connecting Source, we will give only you, or other users on the same business account if you so decide, to see data retrieved from Source. You have the right to revoke our authorisation to any particular Source at any time. If you do so, the data retrieved to our system from Source becomes immediately inaccessible by anyone, and it will removed from our server.

AdTention's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information we collect

We mainly use your information to produce the analytics and insights on your online advertising business. Your information is not shared with any other users than those, who share access to the same business account as you do.

Also, if you have connected one or more third party Sources to your account, we will use the data retrieved from Source to provide you business reports on the campaign reports that you have chosen. Such business reports enrich your regular business reports from Source by applying our provided seen/not seen-ratio data to estimate, for example, the best performing ads in terms of them being seen or not seen by the consumers.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with any third parties. Only users on the same business account with you may access the same data we have generated for you.

Information storage and security

We use industry standard technical and organizational measures to secure the information we store.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

How long we keep information

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the services. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our services. Where we retain information for Service improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.

If you no longer wish to use our services, you or your administrator may be able to deactivate your services account. If you are the administrator, please, contact our technical support to close your account.
